Our objects may be small, but we ship them with the care of architecture.

Urban Pagoda offers complimentary standard shipping within mainland China.
For international orders, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, package size, and carrier requirements. You may contact our concierge team anytime for a tailored shipping quote.

🌍 International Shipping Zones
We currently ship to:

United Kingdom and the European Union

Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan, South Korea

Other regions upon request

Standard international shipping incurs a flat fee of 10% of the merchandise total. For large or oversized items, a freight surcharge may apply. A detailed invoice will be issued after your address is confirmed.

📦 Shipping Process
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email.
When the order ships, we’ll send you tracking details and a final invoice including shipping details and delivery carrier. Most deliveries are handled via DHL, FedEx or an appointed white-glove freight partner.

Please ensure your phone number is accurate and reachable, as the carrier may need to contact you to coordinate delivery.

🚚 Important Notes
Orders cannot be canceled or rerouted once dispatched. Refused deliveries may incur roundtrip shipping fees and void refund eligibility.

For items shipped by freight, please inspect your item carefully before signing the delivery slip. Any visible damages must be noted on the bill of lading.

All damage claims must be submitted within 5 business days of delivery.

Keep all boxes and inner packaging until your item has been fully checked and accepted.
